Ben Brafman graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and a Dual Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling and Family Therapy from Barry University in Florida.
With more than two decades of experience in the field, Ben is a leading authority in Substance Use Disorders and treatment procedures. Ben is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addiction Specialist, and works to train others joining the field as a Supervisor for Licensure in the state of Florida.
Ben created programs that offer personalized care and allow patients to work one-on-one with staff. During his time in the field, he established the first gender and age-specific mental health program. Ben uses each of these programs as a model when teaching other treatment center owners, many of whom have implemented his approaches for treating addiction. His growing and continued success are a testimony to his devotion to help others overcome their addictions.

Suzanne has been working in the field for more than 20 years and is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer at Destination Hope.
In 1995, she earned her Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University. While Suzanne’s primary role is overseeing the company finances, she also helps clients build back up their previous relationships after newfound sobriety.
Suzanne is innovative in her approaches and believes in involving the whole family in the recovery process. She is committed to gender-specific treatment environments as she believes women are more likely to be honest about their history and issues among their peers. Suzanne believes women need to be real about who they are and realize the support of other women will help them be successful.
