Originally from Virginia, I relocated to South Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University where I received my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. I joined Destination Hope in 2015 as a primary therapist in the Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Program. Currently I am the acting lead therapist of the Destination Hope Women’s Program. I oversee and supervise the young women’s and the mature women’s programs respectively where I also manage a small caseload providing individual, family, and group therapy tailored to address mental illness and addiction. I currently live in Fort Lauderdale with my family. When I’m not busy writing notes, you can find me relaxing at the beach.
