24/7 Accountability and Support for Recovery
Destination Hope is one of the top residential treatment centers for women in South Florida. The goal of our residential treatment facility is to ensure that each woman entering our care receives the individual attention she needs for recovery while living on site.
At Destination Hope, we believe in a transparent environment, where the client and their family play significant roles in treatment. By including both, we are able to provide the tools necessary to prevent relapse.
Inpatient Addiction Treatment
Destination Hope offers women’s inpatient rehab programs in 30/60/90-day increments. One of the first steps in getting treatment is admitting you have an addiction and getting help. When you speak with an admissions counselor at our residential treatment facility, they will determine which program is most appropriate.
Before beginning treatment for drug or alcohol addiction, clients may need to complete a drug and alcohol detox program. Although we do not have a detox program on-site, we work with several licensed centers and can make a referral based on the needs of the patient.Start The Addiction Treatment Admissions Process

Types of Treatment
Getting professional addiction treatment is vital. Based on a study in the Addiction journal, individuals who obtain help are more likely to achieve recovery for longer periods, and less likely to relapse. At Destination Hope, our addiction specialists work to provide clients with all the tools and encouragement they need to live a sober life.
Each of our patients will receive the individualized attention they deserve. Individual therapy will serve as a time when patients can discuss their experiences, feelings, and emotions with a trusted counselor who can offer guidance, support, and encouragement.
Group therapy sessions will allow patients to work with a counselor alongside peers who are also struggling with addiction. Led by a qualified staff member, patients can give and receive support from others enduring similar challenges.
Loved ones play an important role in the lives of each patient. Family therapy sessions are provided so loved ones can understand the residential substance abuse treatment process and how they can support their loved one during and after treatment. Similar to individual therapy, family sessions are a time for discussing feelings and emotions and healing familial issues.
12-step meetings in women’s inpatient rehab programs involve the basic premise of the 12-step model in which people help one another achieve and maintain sobriety. During the meeting, participants can share their experiences and support one another in the ongoing effort of being free from drugs and alcohol.
Education is a powerful tool that can help patients learn about the disease and themselves. Patients will also be able to learn about how the disease works, the effects of drugs and alcohol on the mind and body, and a personal education on your motivations and choices.
Relapse prevention will help patients develop and understand techniques that will help prevent a relapse. Relapse prevention will provide specific techniques for understanding high-risk situations and implementing effective coping strategies.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Destination Hope’s inpatient addiction treatment specialists are also prepared to help those suffering from underlying emotional and psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and more.
We believe in the success of our patients during and after inpatient addiction treatment. Aftercare programs include support groups, counseling, therapy sessions, and alumni events. Former clients and their families are always welcome to come back to our residential treatment centers for women to get support in their sobriety.
