By now you or your loved one may have admitted that they have a problem with substance abuse or addiction. This is the first step toward changing your life for the better. Whether it is alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription pain pills, any addiction is very serious and needs to be treated as the disease that it is. Learning more about the drug rehab admissions process to Destination Hope or any substance abuse treatment program is a great start toward regaining a normal and healthy life. Admission into a drug rehab or alcohol rehab program offers the addict a chance to change their circumstances and mend damage that the addiction has undoubtedly caused. Entering treatment should not be a difficult process and at Destination Hope, we aim to make admissions as seamless and painless as possible through streamlined processes and a dedicated admissions staff.

Destination Hope offers 30, 60, and 90 day drug or alcohol treatment programs. Our admissions counselors will talk extensively with the addict and, with her consent, her support system to help determine which treatment program is most appropriate. Before beginning the treatment program, clients may be encouraged to go to a detox center as it is necessary to be sober when starting treatment. If you need help finding a detox center, we work with several licensed detox centers that we can refer you to based on your needs. Drug rehab admissions is a straightforward process and if the addict is transitioning from another level of care, Destination Hope will work closely with the other center to make sure that treatment continues seamlessly. Each course of treatment is specifically tailored to the addict and their individual circumstances and therefore no two programs will ever be the same.

Upon entering our facility, the addict will undergo a comprehensive assessment to determine the state of the addiction, possible causes, as well as physical and mental health. These tests are designed to determine the best course of action for the addict’s particular circumstance and maximize the benefits of a successful course of treatment
